Inside and out, The VUE is the ideal place to make your home. We’ve put extra thought into every inch of this impressive structure to foster community, ensure your security, and provide you with luxuries and conveniences to make life easier and more enjoyable. Luxury condominium living is a complete experience at The VUE. The luxurious lobby includes a 24-hour doorman and provides a tasteful and elegant entrance to the building.

Building Amenities
The VUE is filled with amenities that make living here a more fulfilling, convenient and luxurious experience. These include areas like our Cyber Cafe, and fitness center. Additionally, our amenity deck with junior Olympic-size pool, tennis/sport court and pet walk encourages outdoor recreation. We’ve also given special consideration to the safety and security systems. With added luxuries in the lobby, including a 24 hour door person, The VUE is the perfect place for upscale urban living.

Lobby
When you arrive at The VUE, you’ll know you’re in a special place. As you’re welcomed by the door person, you’ll step into a gorgeous setting. The entire scene is complimented by warm, rich travertine and commissioned artwork.

Amenity Deck
Enjoy a sunny day on The VUE’s Amenity Deck. It’s strategically located to allow as much time in direct sunlight as possible. Set on the buildings 8th floor, the Amenity Deck features a junior Olympic-size heated pool and a tennis/basketball sports court. It’s a great way to stay active or cool off after a workout in The VUE’s 4,000 square foot fitness center with yoga room. And the Pet Walk, also located on the deck, ensures that whether it’s early morning or late evening and your dog needs to go for a walk, there’s no need to leave the building.

Fitness Center
The VUE’s 4,000 square foot fitness center is a great place to work up a sweat and keep in shape. It’s filled with state of the art equipment, from free weights and a circuit of machines to treadmills, elliptical machines, and cycles.  The fitness center and adjoining yoga studio, located on The VUE’s eighth floor, allow you to work out while enjoying stunning views of Charlotte.

Cyber Cafe
If you’re looking for a great place to entertain guests, look no further than the VUE’s Cyber Cafe. It’s recreation room is equipped with plasma TVs, an unmanned bar with refrigerator and microwave, a pool table and common seating areas. Additionally, the VUE’s media room features a flat screen with surround sound and plush seats for viewing. Either area is a great place to host a movie night, bring friends to watch a big game or just hang out and talk with neighbors.

Privacy
At The VUE, your safety is a big priority. And you’ll know that the people you see inside The VUE belong there. We kept security in mind in every step of designing The VUE, from our monitoring systems to our 24-hour roaming security guard and door person. The Biometric fingerprint access is just another assurance of safety and security at The VUE. Guests park on the first floor visitor parking area while residents will park in separate secure resident-only parking garages.
