Will there always be someone at the front desk?
Yes, we offer 24-hour concierge service. Their direct number is 704.333.2533
Do you have 24-hour maintenance?
Yes, we will have a member of our maintenance team on call after office hours. For emergency work orders after office hours please contact concierge at 704.333.2533 so they can contact maintenance. All other work orders can be submitted on Active Building.
Can I park anywhere in the deck?
You’re welcome to park anywhere there is not a reserved parking sign. If you’d like to reserve a parking spot in our parking deck, please contact the leasing office at 704 374.0089.
Where would my guests park when coming to visit?
Visitor parking is located in our 5th Street parking deck. It is the first level of the parking deck before entering the resident gate. Visitors must register their car with concierge.
Are there carts available for use for moving?
Yes, we have bellman carts available. We also have shopping carts available when visiting the grocery store. Carts should be checked out through the concierge.
Can I use the freight elevator at any time?
If the freight is available and not reserved then it can be used, however for a major move the freight elevator needs to be reserved through concierge.
How many guests are allowed in the building?
As stated in your lease, you are allotted 2 guests per resident.
What is required to allow someone access to my apartment?
We offer a couple options for visitor access to your apartment. If you need to grant someone a one-time access to your unit, a simple email can be sent to vueconcierge@nwravin.com or by phone at 704.333.2533 to issue a key release. You can also purchase a vendor fob, please contact the leasing office for those details. The leasing office number is 704.374.0089
Where do I place my trash /recycling?
There are trash chutes on each residential floor for trash ONLY. Our recycling center is located on P1 and is for mixed recycling items. Cardboard MUST be broken down and taken out to the loading dock area by P1 and placed in the blue bins by the dumpsters. Do not put cardboard in the trash chutes.
Is there extra storage on site?
Yes, we have storage units on floors 2 and 3. Please contact the leasing office for details at 704.374.0089.

We also have bike storage, located on level 1 in the visitor’s lot, this is accessible with your fob. There are bike racks located on the first level of the gated parking deck on 5th street.
What are the hours for the amenities?
The Fitness Centers, on floors 3 and 8 are 24/7.
The pool deck is open from 8am-10pm. The swimming pool is open seasonally.
The Spa is open from 5:30am-midnight.
The Sky Lounge is open from 8am – 11pm weekdays and 8am – midnight weekends.
The Golf Simulator is open from 8am till 1:00am.
Is there Wi-Fi in the amenities?
Wi-Fi can be accessed on level 8 in the clubhouse and in the Sky Lounge on 50th. Login info is provided in each of those spaces.
Can I make changes to my new home?
Yes. We do allow you to make some modifications to your home.

EX: You’re more than welcome to paint, you would need to prime it back upon your move out. You can also hang heavy objects on your wall such as TV’s and / or artwork. We would recommend using Jason with Modern Solutions to assist. He can be reached at 704.277.2786 or modernsolutionsnc@gmail.com.

You cannot change the flooring, appliances, cabinets, or granite counter tops.
