Our Luxury condominium tower in Charlotte’s fourth ward is progressing nicely and we are pleased that the projected completion of your new home is on schedule. The construction crews are working diligently to complete floors 4-25 for closing during the month of August. We will continue construction and closings for floors 26-51 through December.

Our inspection teams are walking all of the homes to ensure that the finishes are installed to our standards of excellence. The contractors are working on the finishing touches of the pool, sundeck, lobby and all common areas, exterior sidewalks and landscaping to complete these amenities by closing. Wonderful trees were planted on the sundeck to complete the urban oasis on the 8th floor.
